Farmer awareness

Through Agricultural awareness initiatives, Polisetty aims at educating farmers in and around the villages of Guntur on the best practices to reduce the overall health impact of the production process.

Accessible education

As a part of our initiative to support education, we provide scholarships to children from underprivileged backgrounds. Our aim is to empower them with the gift of education and help them achieve their full potential.

Primary healthcare

We aim at providing basic healthcare to rural communities by opening primary healthcare centers in villages. Our goal is to ensure that villagers have access to essential healthcare services, which can improve their overall well-being.

Villages adopted

As a part of our initiative to improve rural infrastructure, we adopt 6-7 villages every year and commit to provide better facilities and infrastructure to the villages. Our aim is to create a sustainable model of development that can help improve the quality of life of villagers.

Polisetty provides equipments and operational support to the Sri Rajarajeswari Hospital, Guntur. Locally known as ‘The Polisetty Hospital’.

Employee Wellbeing

Scholarships for Employees

We strongly believe that every individual has the right to quality education. We invest in our youth by offering scholarships upto 50LPA to both students and employees in association with the Tellakula Jalayya Polisetty Somasundaram College.

5-10% of the funds from our scholarship program is provided to people associated with Polisettys and our employees. The rest is provided to the public based on merit and financial help required.

We organize training programs for First Aid & Fire Safety to create awareness in workers and staff, ensuring we comply with the stringent standards of safety regulation norms
