Processing

Our processing is done in line with the highest international standards

The company threshes quality tobaccos with an installed capacity of 250 tons per day with ultra-modern machinery. (Machinery Manufactured by Evans – MacTavish – Agricraft Inc. USA)

The Quality Control lab is equipped with the latest and sophisticated equipment, bought from reputed manufacturers like  MacTavish, Brabender, Astell Hearson Ovens, Metler, W.S.Tyler etc.

Eliminating Non-Tobacco Related Materials

This is achieved with laser sorters, high-efficiency rollers, magnets, metal detectors, Velcro strips & manual picking of non-tobacco related materials

Ground Zero Inspection

Batch tracking

Our team inspects 10% of previous day packing to ensure it meets the customer standards. We also check the quality of packing material.

Traceability

Our barcoded and online systems track every pack of tobacco back to its region and farmer group. This unparalleled traceability allows you to not only be assured of the highest quality standards but also connect with the source of your product, promoting ethical sourcing and sustainable practices

Inspection hall

The Inspection hall is equipped with Natural North lighting as well as Artificial LED lighting for packed cases inspections. We do our internal inspection as well as customer inspections. At a time, we can lay-down 600 packed cartons for customer inspection.
